Tell us a story about ending hunger!

Storytelling workshop in Stockholm, 11th of Dec

Storytelling has been out there for a while, but what does it really mean? Is it an impactful tool for communicating important messages and engaging different stakeholders? SIANI Youth and the Stockholm Food Movement are looking for creative ways to raise awareness around SDG2, and we thought, why not giving storytelling a go? So, we are delighted to invite you for a storytelling workshop to explore the possibilities of this novel communications technique.

At the event we will outline what storytelling is, give some examples and talk about story structure. You will also get the opportunity to listen to inspiring stories by some special guests. However, most of all, we want to hear stories by you! During the workshop, you will work together in groups and come up with short stories that communicate challenges and solutions around sustainable food, farming and the future of our food system. Light dinner will be served and there will be a chance to mingle and exchange experience and ideas with other participants.

Sounds exciting? Sign up now and join our food security storytelling gathering! Hurry up! The number of places is limited.

This event is mainly, but not exclusively for students and young entrepreneurs interested in food and agriculture and is free of charge. Please, share with your friends! Follow us on Facebook for updates on programme and times.

Registration is closed.
