Description: The side event will showcase the various ways in which National FAO Committees and other structures promote inclusive, multistakeholder-approaches to food systems governance and uptake of CFS products as well as food systems dialogues.
The side event will feature high-level speakers from FAO, Brazil, Sweden, Switzerland, Civil Society, Private Sector and Academia sharing good practices and lessons learned from successful multistakeholder collaboration.
Objectives:
- Promoting multistakeholder approaches
- Underlining the benefits of inclusion for a fruitful practice-science-policy dialogue
- Highlighting the important role and work of National FAO Committees
