Sustainable environment and a healthy diet – not a simple equation

Welcome to a lunch seminar arranged by SLU Future Food. Lena Hulthén and Ingrid Larsson will describe and discuss the nutritional limitations of different vegetarian diets, vulnerable groups in the population and make suggestions on how to balance healthy dietary habits to reduced influence on the environment.

The lecturers

Lena Hulthén is professor emerita in clinical nutrition with focus of her research towards minerals and the impact of the diet on health and disease.

Ingrid Larsson is associate professor in experimental clinical nutrition with focus of research towards severe obesity. She is engaged in different projects on healthy dietary habits.
