AI Lund lunch seminar: AI’s Role in Research Grant Writing: Practical experiences and a project initiative

This seminar is dedicated to examining the impact of AI in the field of formulate applications for research grants. First Magnus Becker will share experiences in employing AI for crafting grant applications with examples, highlighting both the achievements and challenges encountered in the field. Then, Timothy Liljebrunn,  will introduce a project aimed at developing AI-assisted software specifically for research grant writing.

This is followed by an open discussion about potential benefits and pitfalls of integrating AI into grant writing? How might AI transform the traditional practices of research funding? What ethical considerations emerge with the use of AI in these contexts.
