This document outlines the plan for SIANI 4 for the period between 2022 and 2027. The upcoming program aims to expand on the current network platform to foster cross-sector dialogues, effective communication, knowledge management, community-building, and inclusivity for marginalized voices. SIANI 4 will support the transformation of food systems by promoting the rights and agency of rural youth, the prosperity of smallholder farmers and SMEs in production systems, as well as the livelihoods and rights of forest communities, indigenous peoples, and the resource-dependent poor.
