Where do you fit on the SIANI members map?

SIANI aims to build a network to facilitate communication throughout the sustainable food and nutrition security sector. By the end of the first phase (2008-2012), SIANI had more than 780 members. These members come from all different regions of the World united by an interest in sustainable food and nutrition security.

By the end of March 2013, SIANI was best represented by members from Sweden, Germany and Belgium and the regions of Northern and Central Europe. Eastern Africa follows closely with Kenya and Somalia, having the highest representation among the countries in Africa. SIANI has also a substantial amount of members in North America / the Caribbean as well as in North-eastern Asia, represented by China and North Korea. India is the most represented country from all Asian states in SIANI’s network.

If you can’t find your country on SIANI’s members map and are not a member, you can join SIANI here. If you are a member you can easily mark your country on the map by updating your member profile.

Here is how to do it:

1) Log in to your profile here

2) Pick up option ”ViewEdit your profile” by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the screen

3) Fill in your profile information and click save.

Did you know that the more information we have about our members the better you are able to communicate with other members? It also gives you the ability to receive specific content from the website, when and how you want making SIANI even more relevant for what you work with.
