The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is looking for a consultant to conduct case studies on the process of food systems transformation. As part of its Nourishing Food Pathways program, GAIN aims to accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG2, by promoting inclusive and coherent food systems transformation.
This initiative seeks to gain a deeper understanding of food system transformation (FST) processes, exploring the factors that facilitate these changes, as well as identifying barriers that need to be addressed. To guide and inspire others working to transform food systems, GAIN intends to compile a collection of 15 case studies that highlight how food systems can successfully undergo transformation.
